- This is an Accor Hotel brand, budget hotel having Estimated Project Cost Rs.9.00 Crores in approximate area of 45,000 Sq.ft that has significant presence in Europe. The design is innovative and referred to as “Cocoon Concept”. It is stylish, rounded shapes, wood and soft colors. These create a unique identity and offer a very comfortable stay with all functionalities. The design also builds upon the concept of green buildings and eco friendly architecture.
